📱 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Devices
All devices sold by MtechSA as pre-owned or refurbished have been previously used.
These devices may display minor cosmetic imperfections, including light scratches or scuff marks.
Where required, devices may have been repaired or fitted with replacement parts by our in-house certified technicians to ensure reliable performance.
Every device is thoroughly tested, quality-checked, and sold in full working order.
All Certified Pre-Owned devices include a 6-month warranty for added peace of mind.
Due to the nature of pre-owned electronics, certain issues may only become evident after extended or regular use.
Our warranty covers latent defects that arise within six months from the date of purchase.
If a problem occurs, customers are advised to return the device as soon as possible within the warranty period so that we may assess and resolve the matter promptly.
By purchasing a refurbished or pre-owned device from MtechSA, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
🔧 Repairs & Replacements
Should a hardware or software fault arise within the warranty period, MtechSA will repair or replace the device at its discretion.
All devices are subject to inspection and a full diagnostic assessment to identify the cause of the fault.
If the issue is determined to be the result of customer misuse or negligence, all repair and diagnostic costs will be for the customer’s account.
A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required for all warranty claims.
🚫 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid or water damage
- Damage caused by load shedding or power surges
- Repairs, modifications, or diagnostics performed by third-party technicians
